Consumer Confidence Report also abbreviated as CCR is a regulatory requirement for all community drinking water systems. This annual reporting is mandated by the United States Safe Drinking Water Act and also governed by those states with regulatory primacy. The heart of the regulation requires that community water systems are held accountable by annually reporting their compliance successes and failures to their own water consumers. The most recent and welcome change to the CCR regulation is that Consumer Confidence Reports can now be delivered electronically. Take this course to learn how to successfully satisfy the annual CCR reporting regulatory requirement.
