Wastewater Exam Prep, Part 10 – Ponds / Lagoons

The purpose of this course is to introduce operators to proper operation and maintenance of treatment ponds. Items covered include types of ponds, types of aeration, pond vegetation, and the stages of the treatment process. Pond organisms and their relations will be reviewed, along with math calculations commonly used in ponds and lagoons.
